Hello, my name is Kim, some of you may know me from my YouTube channel Kimslifevlog. If you're unfamiliar with me, I am mainly known for doing honest hair reviews. Sadly i've come to realize that the hair game is not what we think it is. So I embarked on a journey to finding my vendor that took 4 1/2 months. During this time I was tested and lied to. I much like most of my supporters know what it's like to get your hopes up only to be let down by some of your favorite hair companies. I'm hoping I am your last stop on your journey to finding an honest customer service experience.
